Sub-Processors

Overview

Tone uses certain third-party sub-processors to help provide our services. These sub-processors process Customer Data on our behalf to enable core functionality of the Tone app.

Important: We do NOT store your actual message content. Messages are analyzed in real-time and only aggregated statistics are stored.

Our Sub-Processors

The following is a list of sub-processors that Tone uses to provide its services:

Data Processing Agreements

We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with our sub-processors where required by law (e.g., GDPR). These agreements ensure that sub-processors:

Changes to Sub-Processors

We may add or remove sub-processors from time to time. When we add a new sub-processor, we will update this page and notify customers via email if the change significantly impacts data processing.
